Capital Tool Industries, a leading gear cutting tool manufacturer in India is pleased to announce the acquisition of long established gear tool manufacturer Mico Tools (Mishalle NV) in Belgium. Capital Tool Industries, a leading gear cutting tool manufacturer in India is pleased to announce the acquisition of long established gear tool manufacturer Mico Tools (Mishalle NV) in Belgium.The acquisition extends the CTI footprint in Europe and expands our Gear Cutting Tools product line especially the Power Skiving Cutters.
Mico Tools, a Belgium based company specialises in the manufacture of Power Skiving Cutters, Gear Shaper Cutters and Chamfering Tools.The addition of Mico Tools to the CTI family will provide more options and new products for our valued customers. We will continue to maintain Mico Tools sales presence in Europe but will commence relocating production to our India headquarters.
